Brendoncare aims to improve the quality of life for older people, and our growing local network of social/activity Clubs are vital to combating loneliness and social isolation. They enable our members to develop relationship networks and each Club aims to respond to the interests, needs, aspirations and choices of each individual.
All our Clubs are run by fantastic teams of Volunteers and we’re currently looking for more people to get involved in your local area.
Would you like to spend some of your time with our fun loving group of older people at their weekly club meeting. As one of the volunteer team running the club you will play an active part in ensuring everyone has the best possible time. There are various clubs running in Gosport with different days and times available.
You'll spend your time chatting with the club members, assisting with activities, taking subscriptions, helping out with refreshments, or even stepping up and helping lead the club organisation - its a varied time for you and with a varied programme for the members each week you can be guaranteed a fun time.
Brendoncare Clubs are looking for happy, enthusiastic individuals to help us deliver a fantastic service to the members of our clubs. Ideally, you will be a team player, happy to get involved in any aspect of the meetings whether that’s meeting and greeting, providing refreshments to the members or encouraging engagement of the activity.
You may also have a specific skill or interest you would like to share with our members; we’re always on the look out for new activities!
