Every Wednesday evening we get together to experience a fun packed team sport, with the chance to engage in some friendly competition with friends and develop our fitness and reflexes.
Skills
Split between two sessions for novices and experienced players, we have volunteers on hand to support and compete against, as we undertake a wide range of drills and games. All overseen by a trained, experienced and hugely enthusiastic coach.
Suitable for non-wheelchair users; sports chairs provided.
Activity takes place in Portchester.
