We have volunteering opportunities for people who love the outdoors and animals and would love to be part of a care rota to look after the animals and maintain the 15 acres of land.
We have a variety of roles:
- Compact tractor driver to help maintain the land
- Someone to help maintain the fences
- Someone to help establish some vegetable planters
- Someone to join the rota that covers the 3-times a day attendance to look after the animals
- Someone to help establish a children's club where they will go on escorted walks with miniature horses and Pygmy goats
Skills
- Ability to drive for anyone applying to drive tractor
- For all other opportunities, a willingness to 'muck in' and a sense of humour would be great
