Community
Team volunteers help to support the continuation of vital work by Home-Start Hampshire
and it’s team of Family Support volunteers. Community Team group volunteers achieve
this by committing to raising awareness of Home-Start Hampshire throughout the
New Forest and fundraising to support the sustainability of Home-Start Hampshire.
Home-Start
Hampshire is a voluntary organisation committed to promoting the welfare of
families with children age 0-11 years. Our core support service offers
regular support and help to families under stress either in their own homes or
at family groups, helping to prevent family crisis and breakdown. Because
childhood can’t wait.
Home-Start
Hampshire relies on the support of our Community Team group volunteers and the
main purpose of the role is to work in the local community to raise
awareness of Home-Start Hampshire and the work we do, raise much needed funds
and helping to build and strengthen community relations. This
role has a flexible time commitment to suit you.
Our
next New Forest Community Team induction is on: 10th January 2024
