Being a parent has never been easy. It can be lonely, frustrating, heart breaking and over-whelming. Life-changing events can happen to anyone. All parents struggle at one time or another. That is why Home-Start is ready to support families through their toughest times. “Because childhood can’t wait.”
Home-Start works with families in communities right across the UK. Starting in the home, our approach is as individual as the people we’re helping. No judgement, it is just compassionate, confidential help and expert support.
At the heart of Home-Start are our volunteers and here at Home-Start Hampshire we are looking to increase our already extensive network of volunteers.
Training for new volunteers living in North Hampshire, starts Tuesday 7th September. The training will take place within school hours and will be a combination of virtual and face to face training, all within school hours. Please contact us to find out more.
