This is a wonderful opportunity to make a very real difference to the wellbeing of one of our residents.
He loves flyfishing and has all of his own equipment. He went regularly until recently. The gentleman needs someone to drive him and stay with him while he fishes.
So if you love to be outside for a few hours fishing or just enjoying listening to the bird song sat in beautiful surroundings You can make a very real difference to this persons wellbeing.
Skills
The applicant must have a clean driving license, be willing to sit back and watch our resident to keep him safe while he fishes. You may need to remind him not to get too close to the edge.
Experience and knowledge of flyfishing would be an advantage.
A good sense of humour is necessary.
The right person will be polite and kind and reliable and physically fit as you may need to help carry equipment or on a bad day push a wheelchair.
