Volunteer Marketing Assistant

This role supports the Operations & Development Manager in carrying out various marketing and communication tasks:

• Works under direction to help market the charity and its activities.
• Help implement marketing plans.
• Creating promotional materials, including posters, brochures, blogs, marketing copy, etc.
• Helps maintain social media accounts to maintain communication.
• Maintenance of physical notices within the Hub and Village.
• Updating of the website and other digital platforms, such as Google Business.
• Communicating via Social media channels

Skills

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Punctual and able to manage time effectively.
• Willingness to learn new skills.

Knowledge of:

• search engines, such as Google.
• social media platforms.
