Here at Bedhampton Community Centre we’re looking for a volunteer Trustee to join our friendly Trustee team.
Bedhampton Community Centre is a CIO, with a centre manager to deal with the day to day running of the centre. Our Trustees support and guide the direction the centre is going in, by listening to our members views and those of the local community.
Meeting 4 times a year and attending the AGM, you will receive a monthly report about what has been happening at the centre and what is due to happen. You are more than welcome and encouraged to pop in to meet with members and the local community, but that is not essential.
Skills
In particular, we are looking for people with experience in finance, but we are also welcoming to all experiences. This opportunity is open to all adults aged 18+, with no upper age limit.
Skills needed are:
- The ability to communicate via email and Whatsapp
- Able to attend the meetings and AGM (dates given well in advance)
- Personable, friendly and able to get things done
