Youth Workers will work with young people in a detached environment, providing a variety of challenging and exciting opportunities to enable them to develop personally and socially, identify young people's needs and issues and work with them to ensure their individual and group needs are addressed.
Skills
Previous experience of working with Young People aged 13-18 years, either in a centre based or detached setting.
