Our Aims and Purpose:
The group was formed in November 1991 to assist former cardiac patients with their integration into a new lifestyle by providing:
a facility for phase 4 rehabilitation at a nominated gym;
a monthly meeting at which there may be a guest speaker;
support through social activities including a monthly walk
The prime aim of the group is to keep members as active as is possible, with this in mind our association with, 24/7 Fitness, is very important, having said this it is a facility that is offered but not compulsory.
