Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis - two of the main forms of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (or IBD), affect more than 300,000 people in the UK. Yet it is largely a hidden disease, and one that causes stigma, fear and isolation. We're the UK's leading charity in the battle against Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. Our mission is to work with all those affected by these conditions to achieve a better quality of life, improve services, and ultimately find a cure. We want to see a world in which people's lives are not limited by Crohn's and Colitis.
