This is a great opportunity for anyone with essential working experience of website administration, and in particular the use of WordPress to support our outstanding charitable work.
The work will involve making updates to our website and general maintenance of the website, with opportunity to feed into the charity digital marketing plan and analysis of our social media where time and experience allow.
Ideally, we are looking for someone able to provide at least 1 day a month, with preferred days of Mon-Thurs as these are the days our Marketing Manager would be available to support you. Hours and days are flexible however.
As a volunteer, you will be made very welcome by the charity, with opportunity to learn about our work, attend our family centre and become part of a wider team.
As a charity, we support children who are deaf and hearing impaired - your work will be so important to help us continue the services which enable the children to learn to listen and talk - sharing their needs & achievements via the website, alongside the important work and fundraising that we do.
As a charity, we do require at least 2 references from volunteers and will be asking for a DBS check to be undertaken as part of our strict safeguarding policy.
