Citizens Advice is an independent and impartial charity specialising in confidential information and advice to assist people with legal, debt, consumer, housing and other problems in the UK.
Our volunteer receptionists are the first point of contact for most of our clients who come and see us in person. The receptionist welcomes these clients in, helps explain the services available to them and supports in the running of our walk-in advice service.
Skills
You will need excellent IT skills, a can-do attitude and be a good communicator but other than that no prior experience is needed as full training will be provided.
Able to volunteer from 10am - 2pm at least one day a week.
