Drivers needed for driving people to medical appointments. If you enjoy driving in your own car, and have some free time, would you like to be involved in your local community, and "Give Petersfield a Lift"?
PPE is provided and strict anti-Covid measures are currently in place. Those over 60 and anybody who is "critically vulnerable" need a risk assessment. Critically extremely vulnerable people should not apply for their own safety.
Skills
Drivers are insured under a group policy but just need to have it noted on their own car insurance that they are a volunteer driver. This comes free. You would also need to be DBS cleared (Disclosure and Barring Service) as you would handle the requested donations and sometimes be dealing with vulnerable people, seeing them into and out of their own homes and carrying them in your car.
