We are looking for people to join our friendly team of drivers. Volunteering with us you will use your own car to take clients to their medical appointments at local hospitals, clinics and doctors' surgeries. You can chose whether you drive locally or further afield to Southampton and Bournemouth.
As a volunteer all of your expenses will be met by the charity including mileage and parking.
We're ideally looking for someone who can commit to 3 hours per week but we welcome people joining us on a flexible or ad hoc basis. You are able to give as much or as little of your time as you are able to and any involvement makes a real difference in helping local people to access vital services that would otherwise be off limits.
We are now able to accept drivers over 80 years of age, so please register your interest today.
Skills
Your own car, patience, understanding and the ability to communicate with others.
