Oxfam Shop Volunteer
Oxfam's retail charity shop is currently looking for additional volunteers to help us in the lead up to Christmas (and beyond), and to support Oxfam’s fight to support the world’s most vulnerable communities during the current global pandemic.
Become a volunteer
We have volunteer roles for people who would like to work on the till, meeting and greeting customers and donors in our retail shop. We also need people who would like to work behind the scenes at our charity shop, readying donations for sale and perhaps even supporting our Oxfam Online Shop. If you wish to gain valuable skills and experience by taking on a supervisory role, we will gladly train you to do so.
Why be a volunteer?
Your time will make a huge difference; for example, we estimate one four-hour shift will on average provide enough income to enable Oxfam to provide life-saving handwashing facilities for 81 people.
*This role is for 16 years and above. When you register, please can you state your age (or if you are 18+). If you are 16 or 17 years, please can you state the contact details for your parent or guardian, as we are required to contact them first*
