We work in a vibrant and busy college and we would welcome you to join our friendly team.
This role requires a enthusiastic, warm and welcoming person to assist the team working on our student Helpdesk. We require someone part time to focus on supporting the enthusiastic students at Brock College. There is a lot of interaction with the students, signposting them to different support areas and a variety of admin work. The remainder of the time would be spent dealing with general administration tasks alongside of the rest of the admin team. Full training will be given. Suitable hours will be agreed by both parties. This is a role that volunteers really seem to have enjoyed and we'd love to welcome you.
A previous volunteer said when she left: “I will miss the students, staff and general social contact for sure. Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to serve at the Helpdesk. I felt so uplifted coming in on a Wednesday morning.”
