Stalls Assistant

We are looking for volunteers to support the planning and running of the annual Emsworth Show, which is open to all the family with craft, gardening & food stalls as well entertainment for all. The show takes place in the New Life Church Grounds off Thorney Road in Emsworth on the Bank Holiday Monday in August. Planning for this event tends to start in January/February and the set up for the event at the grounds takes place from the Friday prior to the show on the Monday. There is a core team of volunteers that oversee the planning and set up of the show and they are keen to hear from volunteers who would be willing to help. The team is looking to fill a number of volunteer roles.

The Stalls Assistant will work closely with the Stalls Manager helping with communications with the stallholders, with the layout of the Ground before Show (bank holiday Monday in August); with a team on the day, ensuring the stallholders find their stalls satisfactorily and are happy.
