We are looking for a warm and friendly person to develop our relationship with referring agencies and be the first point of contact for all referrals from agencies and families by phone or email
Skills
- Good listening / communication skills.
- Caring, sympathetic, sensitive manner and non-judgemental approach.
- Reliable and well-organised.
- Experience of, and comfortable using email, Word, Excel – and with access to a device suitable for working with Excel.
- Understands the need for boundaries, confidentiality and safe practices.
- Able to work without direct supervision.
