There are a range of roles are areas in which you can volunteer including: *Welcoming and interacting with the public to ensure all visitors have the best possible experience. *Help with everyday tasks such as the shelving and maintenance of books and resources. * Help with events and activities including children's activities and the Summer Reading Challenge. *Help with our Library Club, supporting housebound readers to have an enjoyable visit to the library *Help with our Home Library Service.

Skills

A willingness to support your local library and an enthusiasm for all of the services that libraries provide. Full training and support will be provided.
