There are a range of roles and areas in which you can volunteer including: *Welcoming and interacting with the public to ensure all visitors have the best possible experience. *Help with everyday tasks such as shelving and maintenance of books and resources. *Help with events and activities including children's craft activities, Construction Club and the Summer Reading Challenge. *Help with our Home Library Service - choosing and delivering books to customers that are unable to make it in to the library.


A willingness to support your local library and an enthusiasm for all of the services that libraries provide. Full training and support will be provided
