We are looking for someone who enjoys Gardening to look after and tend to the site, there is a lot of clearing paths, tending areas and pruning as well as tree planting. They must be confident in identifying weeds and happy to use gardening tools such as shears, forks and rakes. Guidance will be given on what tasks need doing but we are hopeful that the person who undertakes the role will make the site their own and tend to it as and when they feel is necessary.
The role is outside, we advise that applicants must provide their own clothing and gloves, we will provide some tools if needed but would prefer applicants bring their own. There is a caravan that is used as a staff room with tea and coffee making facilities in place.
The role is for 2-3 hours a week depending on the time the person would like to put in and is an ongoing position for the foreseeable. Actual working days can vary depending on when the applicant is available, time is flexible but be advised that the working hours should only take place during daylight.
