We are looking for a sensitive person to offer help and support within the setting of a women's classroom with childcare facilities.
The Language Integration Skills Training programme (LIST) supports the Syrian Vulnerable Persons Relocation Scheme (SVPRS) by providing support with language and life skills, helping them to integrate successfully into the local community and make a positive contribution.
The women who attend bring their small children with them. The mothers remain responsible for their children, but require support so that they can learn without too much distraction. The role requires some one to to provide a stimulating play space which is safe and hygienic, caring for the children while mum learns.
You would also be required to assist the teacher and take part in the class as appropriate.
