We are looking for volunteers to come and help in our community cafe which runs every Thursday at St Peter's Pastoral Centre on Jewry St, Winchester. We use surplus food rescued from supermarkets, local growers, producers and from the food aid charity FareShare UK to make healthy, delicious, nutritional hot lunches at affordable prices. We welcome everyone to our cafe, a safe place to enjoy good food and meeting new people.
Skills
Chef - proven professional experience required
Sous chef - proven professional experience required
Kitchen assistants - experience desired but not essential
Service volunteers - no experience necessary, full training offered
