Event Stewards are needed to help at our public event: Open Studios 2018.
Open Studios is a weekend in which all our artists’ studios are open to the public. It’s an opportunity for people to meet our talented makers and talk about their work.
This year the event takes place on the 19th and 20th May. Volunteer roles involve greeting the public, keeping records, promotion and evaluation. If you can work to a high standard of customer service and can give up some time on either or both of these days, we’d love to hear from you.
Making Space is situated in Leigh Park, Havant and is a unique organisation offering a mix of affordable studios, master classes, networking events, teaching, residency opportunities and business development for makers in the area.
Making Space is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children/young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Please be aware that a DBS check will be undertaken and will be paid for by Making Space, if you are selected.
